Okay so I love polka dot nails because they are super easy and really cute. I recently bought this new color by Sally Hansen so I had to use it and I really fell in love with it! I really like to draw the roses seen in the picture and they are really easy (easier than it looks). When I first started doing nail art, most of my nail designs were roses and I’ve done many different styles of “roses” and flowers on my nails but by far I love these a lot. Before I start, let me just say I absolutely love this color.
With that being said… the polish itself downright sucks. Literally, the only good thing I can say about Julie G’s Bikini is it is the most perfect color ever… for me, anyway. It’s thick but it’s streaky, requires multiple coats to reach full opacity, and because so many thick coats are required to make it even, it chips the next day.
Dare I say the color makes up for all of its flaws?
Yes… and no.
